Meet your guides
Brentan Schellenbach, and her partner, Oli Buc founded Yoga In Your Living Room in 2014. They teach from their homes in California and Slovakia to a worldwide community of students.
I'm Brentan
Yoga transformed my life in profound ways – I felt healthier, happier, and more energized. Yet, I struggled to find a style that truly resonated with me. Over the years, I delved into various practices, only to encounter unanswered questions and frustrating roadblocks.
Driven by a quest for understanding, I explored realms such as pain science, biomechanics, neurobiology, psychology, and eastern philosophy. With each new insight, the path to clarity became clearer.
Today, after 13 years of teaching, practicing, and relentless learning, I'm proud to share this platform with you. My aim? To break free from limitations and empower you to do the same. Together, let's embrace a life of boundless potential.

I'm Oli
I've always been driven by a desire to understand life's mysteries.
Since childhood, I've sought answers to the big questions: Who am I? What's my purpose? How can I find true happiness? While adulthood brought its own distractions, that yearning never faded. Yoga became my sanctuary – more than just a physical practice, it's a gateway to introspection and clarity.
During yoga, I find space to contemplate, to let my thoughts roam, and to refine my focus. It's a transformative journey that shapes my perspective and guides me toward deeper understanding. Yoga isn't just something I do – it's an integral part of who I am, guiding me along the path of self-discovery.
